Hello friends! Sorry I’ve been MIA, but I’ve been getting ready for Christmas! No, I haven’t lost my mind. I am part of a big campaign with a brand I’m super excited about, and it’s for their Christmas campaign! I can’t get into details about it yet, but I will let you know as soon as I’m allowed. Since my mom’s house has better lighting, we decked her house out like a winter wonderland. The brand was sending so many boxes filled with greenery, wreaths, ornaments and lights. Everyday Topher opened the front door, there were boxes outside up to his waist, and he was freaking out that my shopping had gotten out of hand! I had to keep reassuring him it wasn’t me (this time)!
I did a lot of the shots with my three nieces, and trying to get shots with a 6 year old and twin 3 year olds, as well as myself, left Topher and I sweating buckets! We have had to shoot 4 times in the last four weeks — which is why I’ve been missing here. Let me tell you, wearing wool sweaters in 100 degree heat has been less than fun. The girls thought it was great fun eating Christmas cookies and candy canes though! I felt a little bad sending them home each time on a serious sugar high, though they did make for some cute shots. My little nieces are seriously confused when Santa is coming now LOL!
During this social distancing we have been spending a lot of time at home, and the kiddo and I have been trying out a lot of different beauty products we ordered off of Amazon. There have been some great ones and some not so great ones. I decided to round up all of our favorites down below. Under each product is a description on how to use it or what it’s used for.
