Hello my friends! Today we are going to talk about something I haven’t touched on much in the past. About 15 ago at the age of 29 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. It is a fairly rare disease that attacks not only my joints but all of my muscles and tissues as well. That being said I live with chronic, severe pain. Throughout the years I have tried so many different medications out there with, most leaving me feeling worse than I did before I started them. At one point I was taking over 20 medications!
Four years ago, I decided to start from scratch and eliminate all but two medications, and I started a full regimen of high quality supplements. I felt much better, and I knew it was so much better for my body! I was no longer taking one medication to counteract the side effects of the previous medication and so on. I’ve taken medications that made me vomit daily, made my hair fall out, gave me blurry vision, etc. So to be off those meds that were making my daily life worse than it already was, was a relief.
That being said I still live with the chronic pain. Anytime I would go to the doctor they would just want to give me more pain pills. I never wanted to be someone that was dependent on large amounts of pain meds no matter how much pain I was in so I knew I needed something.

For me what seems to work best is taking one Softgel at noon, one at 5 or 6 and then the one containing melatonin right before bed. It is different for everyone though. You might need less or more than I do.
