Getting between 7-8 hours of sleep a night is ideal. Maintaining a normal bedtime routine sounds easy doesn’t it? Then you factor in job stresses, children getting up throughout the night, pets needing to be let out, social media or Netflix binging and that normal routine is out the window. For me one of the things that keeps me up at night is a spouse that tosses and turns as well as occasionally snores.
