Hello friends! Life has been busy! My hubby had business meetings in Kansas City last week, and I tagged along with him. I was able to catch up with a good friend of mine while we were up there, and we ended up going out to some yummy places to eat and shopping at one of my favorite stores Nell Hills. I picked up some gorgeous Christmas ornaments there, and once we got back home I’ve been glued to my Hallmark Christmas movies. I know some of you are thinking it’s way too early for that … but they make me happy! They will be on in my house until the 1st of the year! After my pigging out in KC, and then me eating almost an entire bag of peanut butter cups, I forced myself to go back to pilates classes ,and man am I sore today!
Last weekend my daughter, mom, sister-in-law, niece and I had a girls weekend! We stayed at an exotic animal farm bed and breakfast. You can literally open up your balcony door and have a giraffe looking right at you!

You get to feed all of the baby llamas with bottles, feed the giraffes and kangaroos by hand and the kids get to go on camel rides.

We loved getting so up close and personal to all of the animals. We started going there when my daughter was little, and I love that we are now carrying the tradition on with my little nieces.
Did you know there’s only 7 weeks until Christmas? I’m super behind this year as I usually have at least half of my Christmas shopping done by this point.
One thing that always sells out very early every year are matching family Christmas pajamas. I know a lot of people like to get them ahead of time so they can take their Christmas card photos in them, and some people just like to give them as gifts. If that is something that you are interested in I would suggest getting them now! There’s nothing worse than finding a set you love but not being able to get them because one size is sold out.
I gathered all of the best family Christmas pj’s down below. There are some really cute sets this year!
