Happy Friday friends!
I’ve received some messages asking about how I’m doing with the healing process after my surgery, and I wanted to let you know that I’m doing much better — although I’m getting a bit antsy because it’s taking a bit longer to heal than I had hoped. Last week I was starting to get my energy back, and on Friday I was running errands, doing try-on sessions, and then went with Topher to a CrossFit hangout (we were not doing CrossFit … it was just a get together) where I stood for about 2 1/2 hours. By the time I got home I was in agony. I really thought I had torn something internally. So I was completely out of commission all weekend. This week I have been taking it more slowly and hopefully in another 2 weeks I will be back to normal.
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner guys! Topher and I usually just make a nice dinner at home on V-Day, and we go out to dinner either the weekend before or after. We decided tomorrow night will be the night for our hot date, and if we are feeling a little wild we might go out to a movie afterward! Does anyone have any good recommendations?
