BeJeweled Jack-O-Lantern Part 2

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend!

I accomplished a lot of work on my projects, saw my new little niece, caught up on my last three episodes of SYTYCD, and even went out to dinner at Bonefish Grill for my birthday.

I have a busy week planned knocking out a few projects, but I also get to spend to time shopping for the unnamed child to put together the rest of her accessories for Homecoming. We have the dress, so the big thing is out of the way, but now we are onto shoes and jewelry.

We did have a couple of days that actually felt like fall last week, but we were back in the nineties again today. Ugh. Since it was too hot to be outside, I decided to get myself geared up for fall by making some Halloween projects.

Last week I showed you my BeJeweled Jack-O-Lantern, and now I have created a buddy for him since I wanted one on each side of my mantel.

I basically just did the same thing I did on the previous guy except I used a white pumpkin. I used the same type of pendant jewels from Michael’s (using the 40% off coupon from their website).

I used a small strand of pearls for the mouth and hot glued them all on. On this witch’s hat, I spray painted the whole thing black. Once it was dry I taped off stripes using 3M painters tape.

I then sprayed the whole hat with Krylon Glitter Blast spray paint in Golden Glow.

Once I removed the tape the black stripes showed.

I think they make the cutest pair!
