Neutral Christmas Mantel

Hello my friends!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas here in Kansas!

It is bone chillingly cold here today. It gives me the perfect excuse to stay inside and get some work done and some Christmas wrapping started. I have some Michael Buble Christmas music going and a hot cup of cocoa. The pups are trying to help me wrap, and they are less than helpful.

I’m a little behind on showing you my Christmas decor this year. Honestly my tree hasn’t changed much since it’s so expensive to start from scratch on that, but my dining room (which you will see tomorrow) and mantel have.

Luxury Gift Guide for Her

Happy Black Friday my friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

We went to my in-laws yesterday for lunch, and for dinner we made a little turkey just for the three of us and my parents.

Saturday is round two with my whole side of the family. We will be fat as pigs, but happy we get to spend time with our families.

Broken Down Dresser Turned Pretty Pink Changing Table

Hello friends!

As you know, a while back I told you that my brother and sister-in-law were expecting twins.

Well a few weeks ago, Elsie Jo and Emmy Lynn made their way into the world, and they couldn’t be cuter! They are joining their 3 year old sister, and to say their parents have their hands full would be an understatement.

When my sister-in-law was getting ready to decorate my older niece’s nursery, I made over an old dresser into this striped little changing table.

So when it was time to decorate the twins’ nursery, I of course had to make a changing table for them!

The piece we started out with was one I picked up from an estate sale.
