Hello friends!
I’ve been busy around here! We have both trees and the rest of the house decorated for Christmas, Topher surprised me last week by taking a day off and hanging the outdoor lights, and we attended our first Christmas party over the weekend. After all of that … of course I am now sick! Ugh! Body aches, stuffy head, and a terrible sore throat. Yesterday I didn’t get out of bed until 4:30 in the afternoon. So now I am laying here in the same pj’s as yesterday in a pile of tissues with hair that is way over due to be washed, but at least my 3 pups are snuggling with me. I would like to think they are laying with me out of sympathy or loyalty, but I’m pretty sure it’s just because I have on my heated throw and they are using me for heat.
One thing I can accomplish while I am lying here in my own disgustingness is a little online shopping. Since we are 21 days away from Christmas, we need to get a move on!
