Happy Monday everyone!

I hope you all had a great Christmas! We sure did! None of us got sick (which hasn’t happened in years); we had both sides of the family get-togethers on separate days (which was nice); and we all enjoyed some downtime together.

As the year closes down, I decided to compile my  Top 10 Posts of 2014.

What I showed was the readers’ top 10 posts. It’s funny how some of my favorites are not necessarily the readers’ favorites and vice versa.

What a year 2014 has been my friends! Where did the time go?

Between the blog, my furniture booth, and all of my custom pieces, I feel like I was a busy girl. Looking back, I did crank-out a whole lot of furniture pieces over the year.

Do you have a man in your life that is impossible to buy for?  I know I do.  In fact, all of the men in my life are.

Let me clarify that, the men I am referring to are my hubby, my dad, my father-in-law, and my brother. I don’t have a sister wives thing going on, but I guess in that case it would be brother husbands?

Anyway I regress.

Anytime I ask any of them what they want for Christmas, I either get the “I don’t need anything” or “I don’t know“. Both are super helpful.

So months ago, I had my hubby start a list, so he had plenty of time to prepare for the big question.

It’s funny how now that I’m using tools as often as he is, some of the items on his list are also on mine.

Happy Monday before Christmas everyone! Or as I like to call it: “I have nothing wrapped, my house is still a mess, and I still have to buy two more gifts day”.

Tomorrow will be my last post for the week my friends, and then I am taking a little time off to unwind and spend a little bit of time with the family.

Christmas movies are my absolute favorite thing, and so far I have only watched Miracle on 34th Street and 1/2 of White Christmas. I have some making up to do. Did you know that the unnamed child has never seen “It’s a Wonderful Life“? I just found that out the other day, and I am definitely going to have to remedy that situation. No child of mine will not know what it means when someone says “every time a bell rings, an angel gets its wings”.
