Friday Favorites

Happy Friday friends! It’s been so cold here in Kansas! Today we are up in the 40’s again, but this weekend it is supposed to be freezing again! We have demolished our hall bathroom, and Topher took the day off to tile the room, but using a wet saw outside when it’s 40 degrees is going to be a bit rough. He better get it all done today since he won’t want to be out there this weekend when it’s below 20 degrees!

My skin has been incredibly dry lately, so yesterday I went and got a HydraWand Facial. Basically what that means is that they do microdermabrasion (where they remove all of the dead skin cells and unclog your pores), and then they infuse your skin with moisture and really plumps things up and gets it glowing. I have really sensitive skin that bruises very easily, so the next day I have some light capillary bruising that will be gone by tomorrow. I do have one bigger spot on my neck that looks like a giant hickey! I have two appointments to go to today, so it will be fun seeing all of the looks I get being a 43 year old walking around with a giant hickey!

This is the best Amazon find! This super soft sweatshirt is my new favorite! It is lightweight enough that I can wear it to the gym, it covers the rear and it has pockets! It is less than $20 and comes in 4 colors. I’m wearing my normal size small.

I also have on these adorable quilted slip-on sneakers and you won’t believe the price! They run true to size, have this gushy insole and are less than $15! They come in blush too! You can do in store pick up and won’t have to pay for shipping!

Another Amazon favorite! During this cold weather I throw-on this teddy bear soft open cardigan jacket. It’s so cute with skinny jeans or leggings. I also just throw it on with sweats when I’m lounging at home. It comes in a million colors and is only $26! I’m wearing a small.
